Refund--Return-Policy


    Canadian Customs Duties & Taxes: 
    For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier at the time of delivery are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the Canadian government and not collected or retained by our brand, so they will not be included in any refund.

    Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
    To qualify for a return or refund, all items must meet the following criteria:

      Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

      Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by your shipping tracking number.

      Products must remain in their original condition—free of stains, odors, alterations, or any signs of use (such as stretched fabric, zippers broken due to misuse).

      Final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page), including clearance or promotional items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

      Return Process
      Follow these steps to initiate a return:

        Request a Return : Contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or phone at (available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time). Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your inquiry.

        Package the Items Securely: Pack the item(s) in a sturdy shipping box (preferably the original packaging). Print it clearly on the outside of the box, and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip for reference.

        Ship the Return Package: Send the package to the address provided by our support team. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect , the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

        Use Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. We are not liable for lost or misdirected return packages.

        Refund Rules & Processing:

          Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically within 3–5 business days after it arrives at our warehouse), we will verify their eligibility for a refund.

          Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the inspection. Refunds cover only the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable restocking fees.

          Original shipping costs (for both standard and express delivery) are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., shipping the wrong size or a defective product).

                Exchange Requests:
                We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or sizing preferences. If the size or style you ordered is not suitable, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.

                  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery, including photos of the item and its packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping, and you may choose between a refund, a replacement.

                  Defective or Incorrect Items
                  If your items arrive in any of the following conditions, please follow the instructions below:

                  Defective (e.g., faulty stitching, broken zippers, torn fabric)

                  Damaged during shipping

                  Incorrect (wrong size, style, or color)

                  Exceptions

                    Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective.

                    Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., machine-washing an item labeled “dry clean only,” using harsh detergents on items) are not eligible for returns.
